Every certified activity must have a formal evaluation in place. Exigent has a variety of easy-to-use learner feedback mechanisms to help you measure the success of your activity!
Proprietary Evaluation and Certificate Generation Web Portal
Evaluation and Certification Generation Portal
Exigent will create a customized, web-based evaluation and certification generation portal for your activity/conference using our proprietary portal.
Your participants will be required to create an account to enter the portal so that their records are secure and password protected.
Certificate Generation
One participants enter the portal and complete their evaluation, their certificate(s) is/are available for them for print. Participants may also email their certificate(s) to an email address.
CPEMonitor ®
This national, electronic database offers state boards of pharmacy the opportunity to electronically authenticate the CPE units completed by their licensees, rather than requiring pharmacists and technicians to submit their proof-of-completion statements upon request or for random audits. With our electronic, web-based portal, CE records for your pharmacists and pharmacy technician participants are seamlessly uploaded to CPEMonitor®.
NABVerify
The National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) launched NABVerify in July of 2017. Long-term care administrators will enter a personal registry number into the Exigent portal. It is a number beginning with an R followed by 7 digits. Exigent will load the registry number and contact hour(s) records into NABVerify within the require timeframe.
Evaluation Survey
Using our proprietary web-based portal Exigent will manage the evaluation of the activity for you. We use a standard evaluation tool that includes required questions for accreditation. Exigent will gladly add any additional question(s) you would like, to allow you to gain further insight and evaluation of your activity.
Certificates/Statement of Participation
After an activity is completed, Exigent will manage certificate processing, records retention, and data storage. Our custom electronic, web-based portal was developed for ease of use by learners. In addition, Exigent will manage the automatic upload of all required information to CPEMonitor for pharmacists.
